The contact, valuation and alert forms collect what you enter: name, email address, phone if you give it, message and the reference of the property concerned.
Purpose
The data is used only to answer your request and, if you created an alert, to send you new properties matching your search.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given through the checkbox on the form.
Retention
Requests are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted.
Recipients
The data goes to the site team and to the provider that delivers the messages. It is never sold or passed to third parties.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. Your favourites and saved searches stay in your browser and are never sent to the site.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to the address above.
